Welcome to the 10 Day Positivity Challenge - 5/11-5/22!

The goal of this challenge is to do daily positive things that increase our self-care, wellbeing, and all around make us feel better. The challenge will start on Monday, May 11th. The trick of this challenge is that each day a new item is added on while continuing to do the previous days' items. So on the last day you will build your stamina up to do all 10 positive things!

Each day I’ll post details about the daily challenge as well as some ideas to get you going.
