Challenge 8: Glasses

This one’s easy - drink 8 glasses of water today. You will feel a difference in how you feel, especially in your energy level and mood. Did you know you are supposed to drink half your body weight in ounces everyday? When I am teaching teaching it is a lot easier to do but for some reason now, when thrown off our routine, I do find it a challenge to stay adequately hydrated, which is why I decided to include it here. Making it a group challenge will help to motivate and keep each other accountable.
