Welcome back! Today’s challenge is to do two things that relax you. They can be as simple or as over the top as you want them to be.

Some ideas:

  • Take a walk

  • Deep breaths

  • Soothing bath

  • Cuddle with a furry friend

  • Light a candle

  • Massage
