Start your day off right by setting three intentions. What would you like to focus your mind on today? What will make your day feel meaningful and full of purpose? Intentions can be thought of as mantras that you repeat to yourself throughout the day or as goals for something you wish to accomplish.
Here’s some ideas:
Mantras: I will be positive today; I will be energized; I will find beauty in everything
Single Words: Wellness; Abundance; Self-care; Happiness
Goals: I will clean the kitchen today; I will engage in deep work for 25 minutes with no interruption; I will get outside and be active.

Give yourself a well-earned check mark once you’ve completed each one. We can do this!
As for me, I might do a combination of all three intention types for this challenge. I really like the idea of having a mantra for the day such as being in the present and finding beauty in the simple things and I would like to set a personal goal for the day as well.
