Challenge 5: Movements

Day 5 means we are halfway there. Today’s challenge is to engage in 5 active movements. There is a great resource called Darebee TOTALS which is a 30 day equipment-free program. Check it out, it'll give you some ideas for today! Just try to be creative and do 5 different things.

Other ideas:

  • Dancing

  • Walking

  • Running

  • House/yard work count, too!
