Challenge 7: Meditation

Today’s challenge involves stopping and taking 7 minutes to embrace the present through meditation. I find guided meditation videos really helpful so I will share a few links to those as well as some that just offer meditation music.
Options:
Stilling the Mind: Freedom from Worry (the video description says it uses ‘theta wave binaural beats sound technology’ so it recommends headphone use)
9 Minute Calming Meditation: Rain Temple (slightly longer, seemed fitting)
Bliss Meditation Music (just music)
